Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same working day or the next working day, subject to stock availability and verification.

Once an order has entered the picking, packing, or shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested after this stage, the order must be delivered and returned to us in accordance with this policy before a refund can be considered.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies (see “Non-Returnable Items”).

To cancel your order, you must notify us by email at info@beautiwala.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging with all seals and labels intact
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned in a used, opened, damaged, or incomplete condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and consumer protection reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty:

  • Hair extensions, clip-in Hair, human hair, wigs, ponytails, braiding hair, closures, frontals
  • Opened or used hair, beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Gift cards
  • Health & personal care items
  • Flammable or hazardous goods
  • Sale or clearance items

If a hygiene seal is broken or packaging opened, the right to cancel is lost.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at JP728845@GMAIL.COM and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection
  • Bank processing times may vary

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or supplied incorrectly.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged, subject to availability.

All exchange requests must be authorised before returning any item.


Returns & Shipping

Returns must be authorised by email before being sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

We submit full order and delivery evidence to Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and card issuers where disputes are raised.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
